海外客户经理（德国）

工作职责：

• 驻点德国，负责德国区域的大客户的售前、售中及售后等工作，提供深度服务及主动式服务，为客户创造更大的价值；
• 根据部门的月度及年度的销售目标，制定产品销售策略、编制销售计划并组织实施，对负责的客户群销售业绩及增长负责；
• 积极推广公司各业务线产品及其他增值服务项目，挖掘客户潜在的订单需求，提高客户在我司的订单份额；
• 负责收集大客户各种需求及市场动态，协调公司各方资源推动内部优化改善，提升客户体验并为产品方向决策提供支持；
• 其他根据团队或业务需要安排的工作等。

任职资格：

• 本科及以上学历，国际贸易、电子工程相关专业优先；
• 精通中文，具备英语和德语的流利沟通能力；
• 具备较强的沟通协调能力、谈判技巧和客户服务意识，有外贸行业销售经验优先；
• 熟悉国际贸易流程，具备一定的市场分析和判断能力，有PCB/SMT 等电子行业，或机械/电气零部件从业经验优先；
• 工作积极主动，有较强的销售目标管理能力、有责任心、学习能力强，抗压能力强。
