工作职责：

1. 负责客户设备的安装和调试
2. 负责代理商技能培训与指导
3. 配合营销做好服务活动及展会等
4. 负责处理客户投诉及质量问题反馈
5. 做好客户需求搜集、促进公司产品改进

任职资格：

1. 专科以上学历，机电类专业
2. 英语水平CET4及以上优先，口语能进行日常沟通
3. 具备良好的沟通能力、服务意识、团队合作能力及较高的责任意识
4. 适应长期出差
