工艺工程师

职位描述：

1. 负责工艺制图和操作标准化，起草相关作业指导书和标准操作流程；
2. 利用精益生产体系管理帮助现场的改善，尤其是提升车间自动化、半自动化的进程；
3. 运用数字化工具推进智能化工厂的数字化进程; 
4. 参与整合项目，与其他职能部门合作，提高质量、服务和生产力 
5. 1-2年后可转岗到生产部负责现场管理

岗位要求：

1. 本科或硕士学历,机械，电气，自动化，工业工程相关专业
2. 有数据处理、分析的能力，能熟练使用MS office 和 AutoCAD，Uipath or Python, AI digital tools
3. 较强的沟通能力，快速学习能力，能深入现场，善于处理人际关系问题
4. 良好的英语听说读写能力
5. 有潜力，自驱动力强
