Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the warehouse, including organizing and supervising inbound, outbound, and inventory management activities.

  2. Handle customer orders, organize picking and packing of goods, and coordinate deliveries with trucking companies or courier services.

  3. Manage forklift operators and temporary workers in the warehouse, including staff allocation, shift scheduling, and performance evaluation based on operational needs.

  4. Collect and analyze warehouse operational data, and regularly summarize weekly business volume and revenue reports.

  5. Lead the warehouse team to improve operational efficiency and develop value-added services for customers, such as product repair and refurbishment of returned goods.

  6. Coordinate communication and collaboration between the warehouse, customers, transport partners, and internal departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements:

  1. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

  2. At least 2 years of experience managing a large-scale warehouse, with solid knowledge of warehouse operations and on-site management.

  3. Ability to communicate in Chinese and German in daily work, with strong cross-cultural communication skills.

  4. Responsible, well-organized, and capable of executing tasks efficiently.
