 1. Answer customer calls and initially filter customer questions

 1.1、Solve problems encountered by customers during the installation process.

 1.2、Solve problems encountered by customers in the later use of the process.


2. Summarize and paraphrase the question

 2.1、For complex problems, collect the relevant contact information of the customer, as well as fill in the customer complaint              form, describe the problem clearly, according to the process, forward the problem to a higher level of after-sales engineers.

 2.2、Summarize the problems encountered in the after-sales service process and feedback to the relevant departments for improvement.


3. Record of work

 3.1、Summary of various documents such as weekly reports and service records. 


4. Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership.

 Requirements:

1. Major and education background are not limited (Engineering background preferred).

2. Independent, purposeful and accountable way of working.

3. Near native level in local language (C1); strong customer service orientation.
