Senior Application Engineer

• Support the operating and continuous development of the Technology & Application Center
• Conducting Customer Trials & Feasibility Studies

–       Hold technical responsibility for customer trials and feasibility studies: planning, preparation, execution, and documentation.

–       Develop technical solutions for conducting these trials, including designing and adapting tooling concepts for vacuum sintering and vacuum soldering processes and equipment.

• Technical Customer Support

–       Act as the point of contact for complex technical issues in power module packaging.

–       Provide technical advice and support for customer-specific requirements.

• Representation & Relationship Management

–       Establish and maintain close technical relationships with customers and partners in the Chinese market.

–       Presenting application technology during customer visits, trade shows, and conferences is an advantage.

·         Collaborate closely with engineering, sales and project management teams in China and Germany.
