China Mobile International (Germany) GmbH would like to hire a Business Development Manager (m/f/x) , who will will be responsible for acquisition, support and value-added development of enterprise customers in Munich metropolitan region.

Sales Manager – Enterprise Business (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing business opportunities; expand the customer portfolio and relationships with potential clients.
• Implementing direct sales strategies to meet the sales team’s quantitative and qualitative goals.
• Actively promoting and developing existing and new customer relationships through targeted development activities.
• Coordinating as interface with the entire sales team.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the contractual period to ensure loyalty.
• Forecasting business opportunities based on pipeline and sales data about potential customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or above
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in B2B direct sales and new customer acquisition.
• Strong network within medium-sized and/or large multinational companies.
• Solid knowledge of telecommunications services, including IP Transit, IEPL, MPLS, cloud services, and data centers.
• Self-motivated, team player with a customer- and result-oriented approach.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; German language skills are essential.
• Travel flexibility
