China Mobile International would like to hire a Project Manager - Delivery (m/f/x), who will provide pre-sales and delivery technical solution support to sales in assigned region

Project Manager (m/f/x）

Location: Hungary

Responsibilities：
• Take full end-to-end ownership of project, ensuring strict compliance with budget, quality standards, and delivery timelines, while maintaining a strong customer-oriented mindset to achieve on-time and on-budget outcomes.
• Demonstrate clear accountability for the entire customer service lifecycle, proactively managing risks and issues to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
• Act as the single point of contact for clients, sales teams, and vendors, coordinating all service delivery activities to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely execution.y
• Develop most suitable vendor with pricing team, inspect vendor’s quality to implement ICT/Telecom related project successfully
• Oversee and coordinate technical issue resolution during project execution, driving cross functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions without impacting delivery milestones
• Collaborate with internal teams and CMI local entities to manage order activation, integration, and testing, ensuring readiness for service go-live.
• Professional project management and regular update to customer about order installation status
• Provide regular order implementation report for management review

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT & Telecom project delivery, onsite management and customer service
• Technical knowledge in IP network design and configuration preferred, including routing and switching,WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, etc.
• Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure • Excellent project management skills and communication skills
• Self-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment
• Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin
• ITIL or CCIE certificate and any technical certificate in networking technology is an advantage
