We are seeking a Project Manager for our DICT team to drive end-to-end project execution and provide technical solution support to sales within the assigned region. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end project management and customer experience across DICT initiatives (e.g. infrastructure, network, cloud, security, digital solutions, etc.)
  • Define scope, objectives, and success criteria with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Build and manage integrated project plans, resources, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Leverage cross-functional capabilities and coordinate alignment with local business units, regional teams, and HQ to ensure unified execution and decision-making.
  • Lead steering and working groups; consolidate inputs across units/HQ and drive timely decisions, escalations, and risk/issue resolution.
  • Ensure standardization of delivery methods, documentation, and change control in line with HQ frameworks and compliance/security requirements. 
  • Manage vendors/partners (SLA, acceptance, UAT) and orchestrate order activation, testing, and handover to operations. 
  • Provide regular order implementation report for management review

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT & Telecom service delivery
  • Technical knowledge including but not limited to network infrastructure, cloud services, IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, etc.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile).
  • Fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin, additional languages (German) are advantageous.
