• Reporting To: Head of Product & Testing Center
Job Purpose
Act as a bridge between the company, European distributors, and end customers: provide professional product training and technical support, collect market feedback to support R&D iteration, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct product training for European dealers and customers;
2. Provide technical feedback and support to R&D teams in China;
3. Provide customer support and assist with product testing based on the technical support requirements of the R&D team;
4. Prepare training materials and documentation;
5. Organize and establish Beta test user groups, collect early user feedback, and provide improvement suggestions to the product team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electronics, Mechanics, or Computer Science;
2. Experience in technical support, product training, or after-sales service;
3. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese;
4. Strong learning ability and cross-cultural teamwork skills;
5. Must hold a valid driving license (Germany or EU);
6. Willing to trave within Europe for product training and customer support.
