Brief description of the position:

Responsible for overseeing error-ticket workflows across JVs, ensuring timely processing in KPM/Jira (Q-Gate). Acts as the main contact for WOB, manages escalation processes, and reports critical issues to stakeholders. Maintains system efficiency and coordinates cross-team communication for error resolution. Requires strong organizational skills and familiarity with ticketing tools.

 

Key Tasks:

  • Structuring error-ticket workflows and top complaints workflows
  • Being the interface for error-tickets and top complaints
  • Organizing, inviting and guiding the error presentation/escalation meetings
  • Identification of key themes and measures for error correction including countermeasures to achieve the goals
  • Creation of specific evaluations and representations of error-tickets and top complaints
  • Coordination, escalation and analysis of error-tickets and top complaints inside defined time boxes
  • Participation inside of the statements and release recommendations
  • Timely tracking of the relevant error-tickets and top complaints and creating overviews of solving times
  • Continues development of error-tickets and top complaints process

 

Qualification and skills required for the position:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Agile work methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Agile teams, PRINCE2,...) preferred
  • ISTQB FL are preferred
  • Good ability in communicating in English and Chinese is must
  • Good ability in organization is must
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Basic know-How on New energy vehicles preferred
  • Basic Know-How on Intelligent vehicle preferred
