About Fuyao Europe

Fuyao Europe GmbH, located in Leingarten, is the German subsidiary of China-based Fuyao Group. The company was founded in October 2007 and specialises in the production and processing of automotive glass. The product range includes float glass and specially processed automotive glass. Key customers of Fuyao Europe GmbH include JLR, Volkswagen Group, General Motors, BMW, Daimler, Ford, PSA, Webasto, Inalfa, BOS and Inteva.

Responsibilities:

  • Business strategy support: support the development and implementation of Fuyao's European region personnel and organizational development policies and strategic systems and measures (such as recruitment strategy, salary and benefit system, talent development planning, etc.), and be able to put forward-looking proposals.
  • Talent management and development: Responsible for the development of recruitment channels in Europe, can support the timely addition of key personnel, leading the regional talent inventory, succession planning and high-potential talent development projects, to establish talent ladder.
  • Employee relations and compliance: support the handling of employee relations issues of the Group and sub-groups' staff stationed in Europe, provide good employee care and reduce employee turnover rate.
  • Support the construction of human resources informationization system in Fuyao Europe.

We hope you:

  • Bachelor degree or above, HR or related majors preferred, at least 3 years of HR related work experience, overseas or manufacturing HR experience is preferred.
  • Permanent residence in Germany or European Schengen countries.
  • Chinese, German and English can be used as working languages.
  • Good understanding of German labor law and successful cases of handling cross-border HR issues are preferred.
  • Skilled in using MS Office, able to analyze talent data.
  • Strong communication skills, able to work independently under pressure and team spirit.
