Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
 
1. Customer Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Europe, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely resolutions.
- Communicate effectively in multiple languages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

2. Issue Resolution: 
- Investigate and resolve post-sales issues, including product defects, shipping discrepancies, and warranty claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift and effective solutions.

3. Product Knowledge: 
- Develop a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Stay updated on product features, specifications, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Train and support local third service centre and offline distributor service team.

4. Local Service Centers:
- Coordinate with local service centers across Europe, ensuring they have the necessary spare parts and technical to assist customers effectively.
- Proactively visit the third-party after-sales service center and distributor service team, collect and feedback their problems, and solve them in time.

5. Documentation: 
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, resolutions, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics.


Qualifications: 
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an after-sales or technical support role.
  • Fluent in English, other European language will be a plus (French, German, Spanish, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
