Job responsibilities :

  • Market Expansion and Sales Strategy
  1. Responsible for sales of storage solutions in the European market, including:
  2. 1MW-500MW grid-side/large-scale power generation projects
  3. Commercial and industrial energy storage (100kW–5MW)
  4. Products including PCS, battery systems, EMS, and integrated system turnkey (EPC + equipment) 
  5. Understanding customer needs based on LCOE, revenue models, arbitrage models, PRL, and capacity market.
  •  Project Development / Business Development 
  1. Initiate, track, and manage the entire process from project lead generation → technical and economic review → technical solution → commercial quotation → contract signing.
  2. Maintain close collaboration with local developers, power companies, IPPs, EPCs, and channel partner s. 
  3. Participate in project feasibility analyses (IRR, NPV, payback period, etc.).
  4. Drive project progress and achieve project sales targets.
  • Customer and Partner Management
  1. Maintain and expand the following key customer types: 
  2. IPP (Independent Power Producers)
  3. EPC
  4. Project Developers
  5. Aggregators 
  6. Commercial & Industrial Customers (C&I)
  7. TSO/DSO (e.g., 50Hertz, Amprion, TenneT)
  8. Establish communication channels with energy storage alliances, energy associations, and government energy departments.
  • Technical Communication and Solution Coordination 
  1. Communicate with headquarters/technical team to develop technical solutions (including BESS archit ecture, EMS strategy, and safety design). 
  2. Coordinate with engineering team to meet client regulatory and certification requirements: 
  3. CE 
  4. IEC 62619 
  5. IEC 62933 
  6. UN38.3 
  7. RfG grid connection requirements (German VDE-AR-N-4110/4120)
  • Contract Negotiation and Bidding
  1. Prepare tender documents, technical proposals, and commercial quotations. 
  2. Lead contract negotiations to ensure enforceable terms and risk control compliance. 
  3. Be familiar with European energy storage project PPA, capacity market mechanisms, and electricity s pot arbitrage models.
  • Market Insight and Competitive Analysis 
  1. Monitor European energy storage policies, such as:
  2. German legislation (e.g., EEG, FCR/PRL market)
  3. UK capacity market CM
  4. Italian UVAM market
  5. Spanish energy storage incentive policies, etc.

Professional experience :

  • Min Two years of experience in Sales of energy storage.
  • Have a good understanding of Changes and Future Trends in the European Energy Storage Market
