Finance Supervisor

Stellenbeschreibung:

1. Erstellen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB auf HBI und HBII inkl. Meldewesen
2. Kontenpflege, -abstimmung, -klärung und Dokumentation, inklusive Intercompany-Abstimmungen
3. Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme eigener Buchhaltungen im Tagesgeschäft
4. Prüfen, Erfassen und Buchen von Geschäftsvorfällen (Eingangs- und Ausgangsrechnungen) nach HGB mit DATEV und SAP
5. Überwachung der Finanzbuchhaltung, Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
6. Erstellung und Entwicklung von Unternehmensrichtlinien für Reimbursement

 

Profile：

1. Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften/Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, dem Rechnungswesen oder dem Steuerwesen
3. Ausgeprägtes Fachwissen in der Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS 
4. Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV 
5. Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung wünschenswert
6. Teamplayer mit einer interkulturellen Kompetenz und sehr guter Kommunikationsfähigkeit 
7. Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
