  • Customer Order Management & Demand Analysis 
  • Communicate with customers about the order issues directly to ensure timely and effective 
  • Coordinate special order processing 
  • Repacking and testing Planning 
  • Delivery Planning 
  • Empty Container Ordering & Circulation Management 
  • Battery Replenishment Planning 
  • Inventory & Data Support 


Expected qualifications & degrees 
  • Preferred majors: Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (especially for battery materials) 
  • Degree: [Bsc. Or above]
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling). 
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, UFIDA) or WMS systems. 
  • Understanding of core logistics concepts: repacking, empty container loops, and replenishment planning. 
  • Language: [English and German required; Chinese is a plus ] 


Professional experience 
  • Min [2 ] years of experience in [warehouse planning, production planning, material planning, or customer order management].  
  • Have hands-on experience with repacking operations and returnable container/circulation management. 
  • Experience in battery industry (EV battery, energy storage battery, battery modules) or automotive parts is strongly preferred 
  • Ability to manage multiple customers’ orders and corresponding repacking/replenishment tasks. 
  • Data analysis skills to identify demand fluctuation patterns and adjust safety parameters. 
  • Cross-functional communication (with customers, suppliers, warehouse operations, procurement, quality, etc.).
