warehouse Despatcher
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse dispatching and operational resource allocation
- Plan and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and analyze operational issues
- Coordinate inbound, internal logistics, outbound, returns, and value-added services
- Ensure smooth overall warehouse operations
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders (P2) and cross-functional departments
- Develop contingency and emergency plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma; logistics background preferred
- Minimum 1 year of operational warehouse control experience
- In-depth expertise in at least one functional area (inbound, outbound, returns, etc.)
- Ability to independently manage one operational segment
- Proficiency in TOM system and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and legal compliance
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- German or English working proficiency
