warehouse Despatcher

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse dispatching and operational resource allocation
• Plan and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency
• Monitor KPIs and analyze operational issues
• Coordinate inbound, internal logistics, outbound, returns, and value-added services
• Ensure smooth overall warehouse operations
• Collaborate closely with Team Leaders (P2) and cross-functional departments
• Develop contingency and emergency plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma; logistics background preferred
• Minimum 1 year of operational warehouse control experience
• In-depth expertise in at least one functional area (inbound, outbound, returns, etc.)
• Ability to independently manage one operational segment
• Proficiency in TOM system and MS Office
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and legal compliance
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• German or English working proficiency
