UX Designer (Full-Time, Frankfurt am Main, Automotive Industry)

On behalf of our client, a globally leading Chinese automotive manufacturer, we’re searching for an experienced UX Designer to join their European team. This is an opportunity for a creative thinker who understands user-centered design and brings a global mindset – grounded in native-level Chinese fluency and a passion for crafting meaningful digital experiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and optimize user interfaces for digital products related to mobility and vehicle connectivity
• Translate user research and insights into intuitive and visually engaging UX/UI concepts
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing
• Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on feedback
• Ensure a consistent visual identity and user experience across platforms and markets
• Support the localization and cultural adaptation of user experiences for Chinese and global markets

Your Profile

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in the automotive or tech industry
• Proficiency in design tools (e. g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid understanding of design systems and responsive design principles
• Native-level proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related fields
