MR China was incorporated in Shanghai in 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of MR in China, charged with sales, customer support and technical maintenance of all MR products in the Chinese market. In addition to core MR products - tap changers for power transformers, transformer accessories and electronic products - we also sell Messko® products.

With around 140 employees in our Shanghai office, we offer our customers a quick response and professional product assistance, including application-specific solutions, technical support and on-site maintenance. To improve communication with customers, our company is structured around the sales department, which blends together sales, customer support and technical maintenance to create a brand new one-stop seamless experience for customers. Should an emergency situation arise, our experts will be there as soon as possible to fix the problem on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, power system and other related majors
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in transformers industry
  • Have the ability of fault diagnosis and repair; be proficient in the use of basic CAD and other auxiliary design software,
  • have strong hands-on ability, and be able to skillfully operate relevant testing equipment
  • have a good command of foreign languages to meet the needs of business communication
  • have a high degree of work enthusiasm and responsibility, and be able to actively deal with internal and external communication and coordination work; when facing complex problems, show strong adaptability, be good at using comprehensive wisdom to flexibly solve various problems, and have strong pressure resistance
  • Have an excellent business-oriented awareness, always carry out work guided by business goals, and at the same time have the spirit of perseverance, persevere in the face of difficulties and challenges to ensure the smooth progress and completion of work tasks

Requirements

  • Be responsible for handling complex technical problems that occur during the use of transformer components
  • Conduct fault troubleshooting and repair through professional knowledge and experience
  • Provide professional pre-sales technical consultation to customers, answering questions about the performance and parameters of transformer components
  • Undertake the maintenance work of transformer components to ensure maintenance quality and efficiency, and record the maintenance process and results
  • Coordinate after-sales related data, and provide professional technical support when encountering difficult problems such as quality complaints to ensure that customer problems are properly resolved
  • Participate in new product development projects, provide innovative design suggestions and technical support for transformer components in combination with market demand and technical trends
