  • Responsible for pre-sales/after-sales technical support for EV products: technical support for customers during sales; debugging and related technical support during project start and delivery; product technical support after delivery;
  • Timely handle product technical issues reported by customers, be responsible for tracking technical issues reported by customers and ultimately solving them, collect customer needs and provide feedback to the R&D department;
  • Responsible for collating, summarizing, analyzing customer issues and technical needs of the German-speaking industry, promoting R&D improvements and product upgrades;
  • Edit product technical information and training content, and compile maintenance cases.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or above related work experience, electric power, communication, electronics, measurement and control technology and instrumentation, automotive service engineering, automotive engineering and other science and technology majors;
  • charging pile, new energy industry work experience is preferred;
  • Strong working methodology, strong execution ability, good pressure resistance, good team spirit;
  • Strong learning ability, good service consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work;
  • Strong self-driven ability;
  • Fluent in English, German language preferred.
