MR China was incorporated in Shanghai in 2006 as a wholly owned subsidiary of MR in China, charged with sales, customer support and technical maintenance of all MR products in the Chinese market. In addition to core MR products - tap changers for power transformers, transformer accessories and electronic products - we also sell Messko® products.

With around 140 employees in our Shanghai office, we offer our customers a quick response and professional product assistance, including application-specific solutions, technical support and on-site maintenance. To improve communication with customers, our company is structured around the sales department, which blends together sales, customer support and technical maintenance to create a brand new one-stop seamless experience for customers. Should an emergency situation arise, our experts will be there as soon as possible to fix the problem on-site.

Technical Order Engineering

Responsibilities

• You will check and process the technical design of customer orders and quotations
• You are responsible for the transfer and further detailing of the configuration data in the order parts list with the creation of all necessary customer documents
• You coordinate and answer technical customer and sales queries
• Clarify and process customer-specific special designs as part of projects

Requirements

• You have a degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, preferably in the field of energy technology/secondary technology or have completed further training as a technician in the field of electrical engineering or mechanical engineering with several years of professional experience
• You have experience in logistics, assembly and service
• You are characterized by an independent, structured way of working and the ability to work under pressure
• You have a good command of written and spoken English as well as good MS Office and ERP skills (like SAP) – German language is an advantage
• The willingness to travel rounds off your profile
