System Test Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for the operation of the climate system test bench incl. test preparation, exe cution, and evaluation 
• Execution of benchmark investigations on thermal systems 
• Investigation of novel test methodologies, innovative measurement technology and soft ware with the objective of improving the quality and efficiency of measurements
• Further development of system test methodologies with the aim of verifying new system concepts and technologies to be verified
• Analysis, evaluation, display and presentation of measurement data
• Creation of timelines and coordination of internal and external measurement jobs
• Close cooperation with technical support, key account manager and marketing to develop and discuss the system test concept with the objective of meeting customer requirements
• Support the test engineers in understanding the performance and characteristics of their own products 
• Support product managers and engineers in the verification and further development of products and processes 
• Collaborate with colleagues at the parent company in Hangzhou, China 

Qualifications：

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a German university with a focus on thermodynamics
• Deep understanding of air conditioning and heat pump theory
• Familiar with common development processes in the automotive industry
• Fluent in German and English as working languages
• Experienced in the use of common office software tools as well as laboratory software such as EES, LabVIEW 
• Strong communication and coordination skills, strong analytical skills and ability to drive innovation
