Job responsibilities 

  • Manage and monitor supplier quality performance to ensure compliance with company standards 
  • Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate manufacturing and quality systems
  • Handle supplier quality issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions 
  • Approve supplier parts through PPAP or equivalent qualification processes
  • Work with suppliers to improve product quality, processes, and delivery performance
  • Participate in new product development and supplier selection activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, purchasing, and production 
  • Maintain supplier quality records and prepare quality reports 

Expected qualifications & degrees
  • Major: [Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields ] 
  • Degree: [Bachelor’s degree or above]
  • Certificates: [Knowledge of VDA or ISO are a plus ]
  • Skills: [MS Office, quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP), ERP or quality management systems] 
  • Language: [English and German required; Chinese is a plus ]

Professional experience
  • Min [2] years of experience in [supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing].
  • Have a good understanding of [quality management systems and supplier development processes
  • Experience in conducting supplier audits and handling quality complaints
