Your responsibilities:
  • Support for the Project Coordinator: Provide administrative and organizational assistance to ensure smooth project operations.
  • Execution of Routine Tasks: Take responsibility for designated recurring tasks within the project team to maintain continuity and efficiency.
  • Assistance with Customer Orders: Contribute to customer satisfaction by supporting the processing and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Project-Specific Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks as needed, depending on project requirements and phase.

Your profile:
  • Education: Student or young professional with an interest in project management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Basic automotive knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Languages: Ideally Chinese speaking with excellent English skills to communicate effectively with an international team.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Working Style: Solution-oriented, independent, structured, and quick to learn.
