Senior Technical Engineer
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead product development, verification and full lifecycle maintenance for design-in projects;
1. Conduct conceptual design and quotation evaluation based on requirements from clients or product managers
2. Participate in the review and optimization of structural design solutions for new product projects
3. Lead or support the resolution of technical bottlenecks across various development projects
2. Assist in formulating technical planning for product development in alignment with corporate strategy and product roadmap;
1. Continuously track industry technology trends and define technical development directions and objectives
2. Drive the application of new technologies and processes in projects
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors include Mechanical Design, Engineering, Materials Science and related disciplines
2. 10+ years of experience in connector product development, with extensive hands-on experience in simulation analysis, test verification and failure analysis
3. Proven track record of independently developing brand-new product projects (case description required), and strong innovation capability (patent portfolio to be specified)
4. Familiar with new product development (NPD) processes of multinational corporations, and proficient in English as a working language
