Job overview：
We are seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist with solid experience in Tier 1 automotive supply chains, particularly in managing logistics operations for German OEM customers.
This role is responsible for ensuring full compliance with OEM logistics standards, coordinating shipment operations, and maintaining high delivery performance. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between our plant, warehouse, and German OEM logistics teams, ensuring smooth and efficient material flow while minimizing logistic risks and cost.
The position requires strong knowledge of OEM shipping processes, EDI/ASN management, packaging regulations (VDA/KLT), and escalation handling in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Job Description：

• Manage daily logistics operations for OEM customers and tier 1 suppliers
• Experienced with SAP operations for purchasing and customer delivery
• Communicate directly with OEM logistics departments for ordering and delivery issues
• Familiar and capable of interpreting OEM logistic specification and requirements
• Set up delivery process and procedures and ensure compliance with OEM logistics standards (e.g. delivery instructions, labeling, packaging, ASN/EDI requirements)
• Lead internal preparation for OEM logistic audit and assessments
• Handle urgent shipments, customer special delivery, and escalation cases
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and quality teams
• Monitor and improve logistics KPIs of warehouse and transporter (Picking accuracy, OTD, cost, damage rate etc.)
• Support supply chain optimization projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Profile Education:

• Bachelor Degree and above
• 3+ years of logistics experience in an Automotive Tier 1 company
• Strong knowledge of OEM logistics specification and processes
• Experience with Incoterm/China-Germany import/SAP/EDI/ASN
• Native Chinese speaker, German language level C1 or equivalent and English language level B2 or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Valid German driving license is a plus
