Sales Specialist—Logistics (Full-time)

Job overview ：
As a Sales Specialist – Logistic (f/m/div)* you will be responsible for customer orders management activities and for regional logistics coordination in Europe. Join us and develop your experience in an international supply chain.

Job Description：

• Manage daily international trade & logistics operations from China to Germany, including order processing, booking, shipment tracking, customs clearance support, and warehouse inbound.
• Check and organize import documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper archiving.
• Monitor shipment status; coordinate with logistics providers in case of delays or risks, and escalate issues when delivery schedules are impacted.
• Oversee warehouse receiving and inspection; report and document any transport damage to secure claims.
• Handle customer orders & forecasts: analyze demand fluctuations, confirm inventory/shipments, and communicate changes to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate warehouse preparations and transport plans according to customer requirements for packaging and labeling.
• Manage carriers, 3PLs, and external warehouse providers, including monthly performance reviews and corrective actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers.
• Use Excel and reporting tools to analyze logistics data and evaluate supplier performance.
• Support supply chain optimization projects and ad-hoc tasks.

Profile：

• Education: Bachelor Degree and above
• SAP experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent Chinese, fluent English and good German level in speaking and writing
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid German driving license is a plus.
