Position Overview:

  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships, while monitoring customer organization changes, future vehicle programs, and upcoming sourcing opportunities.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments, regularly update customer production capacity and pricing data to ensure budget accuracy.
  • Oversee full-cycle project management from tender release to supplier nomination, including quotation preparation, cost calculation, commercial negotiation and internal approval processes administration, to boost contract value and profit margins.
  • Liaise with the General Manager of the manufacturing plant, report quotation status and project feasibility, and coordinate internal plant resources.
  • Analyze, quote and track project engineering changes to guarantee accurate mass-production pricing; enhance customer satisfaction and uphold sound client partnerships as well as corporate brand image.
  • Align internal and external resources to resolve project issues, collaborate with R&D teams on VAVE initiatives, complete asset reviews and annual price reduction negotiations, and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely recovery of accounts receivable.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in automotive sales, project management, business development, or a related field.
  • Familiar with the automotive industry landscape, customer development processes, and sales channels, with strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong market analysis, business judgment, negotiation, and sales capabilities, with the ability to independently achieve business targets.
  • Fluent German and English skills with professional business communication ability.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and other European countries.
  • A valid Class B driving license is considered an advantage.
