Job responsibilities

  • As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the German and European markets, managing key customer relationships, and leading sales activities to support the company’s business development objectives.
  • Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in Germany and Europe, acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving annual sales targets.
  • Manage key accounts, lead commercial negotiations, coordinate internal teams, and oversee the full sales cycle from quotation to contract signing.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, prepare regular reports for local management and headquarters, and support sales forecasting and budgeting.


Expected qualifications & degrees and Professional experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum X years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the German or European market. Industry experience in Energy Storage / battery / industrial sectors is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, a self-driven and results-oriented mindset, and experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Fluent German and business-level English required. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
