Key Responsibilities
Sales Plan Support
- Assist in implementing annual, monthly, and weekly work plans for assigned customers under the guidance of the sales manager.
Customer Visits & Needs Analysis
- Participate in customer visits (online or onsite) to help understand customer needs and requirements for different products.
- Document and summarize customer feedback for internal review.
Market Development & Sales Support
- Support market development activities and assist in product sales tasks.
- Help track sales leads and follow up on sales opportunities as directed.
Customer Service Support
- Assist in implementing pre-sale, in-sale, and after-sale customer service activities.
- Help document customer complaints and support timely resolution under supervision.
Market & Competitor Research
- Support the investigation and collection of customer and competitor information.
- Help organize market intelligence to assist the company in making informed market decisions.
- Assist in monitoring competitors' related product performance in their respective application fields and on the OEM side.
- Prepare basic market research reports and summaries.
