Creative Biosciences is a biotechnology company founded in 2015, focusing on noninvasive cancer diagnostics. Our main products include Colosafe for colorectal cancer screening and Lunsafe for lung cancer detection. Headquartered in Guangzhou, we operate globally with subsidiaries in Hong Kong, the US, and Germany.

Creative Biosciences Europe, based in Berlin, is continuously expanding its strategic footprint across the European market. We are currently seeking an experienced and execution-driven Sales Director Europe to lead and drive the company’s business expansion across the entire European region.

This role requires a strong international mindset and proven hands-on commercial leadership capability, with full responsibility for developing and growing the European market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the European regional sales strategy and market expansion roadmap in alignment with the company´s global internationalization strategy
  • Take full responsibility for the commercialization and market expansion of a core product across European markets
  • Build, develop, and maintain a strong European customer and distribution network, driving sustainable business growth in key markets
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, industry conferences, and key scientific/medical events to enhance brand visibility and product positioning
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract execution, and strategic key account management across Europe
  • Optimize and further develop the European sales organization and operational structure to support scalable growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor´s degree or above in Life Sciences, Biology, Medicine, or related fields
  • Better with 5+ years of experience in the IVD industry, including 3+ years in leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of European IVD/medical device market and distribution models
  • Proven track record in international business development and market expansion
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, Germanis a plus
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • Experience in molecular diagnostics or oncology screening is highly preferred

 

Compensation & Location

Approx. €10,000/month (negotiable)+ performance bonus

Based in Berlin, Germany (local germancontract)
