Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in daily work to ensure efficient team operation;
• Organize and file sales documents, input data into the data system to ensure accuracy;
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses and finance to track accounts receivable and maintain customer relationships;
• Assist in after-sales service, take the initiative to solve problems and improve customer experience.

Who We Are Looking For

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training and proficient in MS Office;
• Fluent in German and English, willing to integrate into cross-cultural teams and take the initiative to communicate and cooperate;
• Strong sense of responsibility, open mind and desire to learn, proactive in solving problems and taking responsibility;
• Organized, independent and reliable, with plans and requirements for yourself;
• Work experience in a trading company and ERP system (especially SAP/NS) is preferred.
