Sales Assistant

Westfield Outdoors GmbH is looking for an independent, reliable and communicative employee (m/f/d) to join our sales department on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) with immediate effect.

These tasks await you：

• liaising with the sales managers and the sales force
• processing and entering documents into the internal SAP/NS system
• communicating with customers, warehouse and 4. other service providers to get the goods to the customers.
• tracking receivables in co-operation with the finance department.
• after sales service

Ideally you will have：

• successfully completed commercial vocational training.
• sound knowledge of the MS Office package.
• enjoy working in a team and in an intercultural environment.
• structured, independent and reliable way of working.
• excellent communication skills in German and English.
• experience in the area of a trading company would be desirable.
• previous knowledge of various ERP systems.
• driving licence class B.
