Sales Assistant
Westfield Outdoors GmbH is looking for an independent, reliable and communicative employee (m/f/d) to join our sales department on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) with immediate effect.
These tasks await you :
- liaising with the sales managers and the sales force
- processing and entering documents into the internal SAP/NS system
- communicating with customers, warehouse and 4. other service providers to get the goods to the customers
- tracking receivables in co-operation with the finance department
- after sales service
Ideally you will have :
- successfully completed commercial vocational training.
- sound knowledge of the MS Office package.
- enjoy working in a team and in an intercultural environment.
- structured, independent and reliable way of working.
- excellent communication skills in German and English.
- experience in the area of a trading company would be desirable.
- previous knowledge of various ERP systems.
- driving licence class B.
