WAGO Electronic (Tianjin) Co., LTD. Is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WAGO Group, established in 1997 at Wuqing Development Zone of China. It can provide comprehensive capabilities in product development, manufacturing, product sales, technical support and after-sales service. WAGO China is equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities, including automated machine workshop, injection molding workshop, stamping workshop, tool and die machining workshop, electronic products workshop and manual assembly workshop. Job Responsibilities:
  1. Lead program management of automation projects across sectors including semiconductors, rail transit, energy, elevators & escalators and automotive. Oversee the full project lifecycle to achieve time, quality and cost targets.
  2. Develop and maintain project plans covering schedule, resources and financial dimensions, and report project status to senior management.
  3. Coordinate internally with Tianjin factory teams including operations, finance, procurement and R&D; liaise externally with functional departments of the German headquarters and Asia-Pacific partners to drive project implementation and secure relevant support.
  4. Organize project kick-off meetings and various follow-up meetings, control budget and material costs, supervise team compliance with the ADPF process and IEC 62443-4-1 standard, and ensure standardized project document management.
  5. Preside over phase reviews and milestone sign-offs for planning, design, process and verification stages, evaluate project outcomes and validate final deliverables.
  6. Lead and motivate the project team to deliver work within the defined scope and timeline; engage with customers to capture requirements and technical information, and drive continuous process optimization.

Job Requirements:
  1. Master's degree or above in Engineering Project Management, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines, with proficiency in English as a working language.
  2. Strong competence in project control, analytical design, organization and coordination, and a sound sense of teamwork; excellent communication and coordination skills, service awareness and professional ethics, coupled with outstanding documentation capabilities.
  3. Proven track record of serving in key roles including pre-sales, requirement research & analysis and system design across past projects, with the ability to identify and elicit customer requirements effectively.
  4. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to on-time project delivery; capable of working under pressure, highly self-motivated, and committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
