R&D Engineer
Position Responsibilities:Based on project requirements and market demands, conduct product design and development, including product structural design, circuit design, etc. In accordance with product managers’ requirements and customer needs, engage in R&D and design of new products, covering solution evaluation, structural design, 2D & 3D drawing creation, and mold opening technical review. Evaluate and modify initial samples, assist in completing full-scale product measurement and review, release final drawings, and support relevant departments in conducting Incoming Sample Inspection Report (ISIR) for parts until mass production is feasible. Conduct product testing and verification to ensure product performance and quality meet the requirements of customers and international standards, including testing and verification of early-stage manual samples, mold initial samples, and post-small-batch trial production samples, as well as type tests and IEC & UL certification tests.
1) Master’s degree graduates of the 2025 and 2026 cohorts, with majors in engineering-related fields such as Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Materials Science and Engineering, Material Forming and Control Engineering, Measurement and Control Technology and Instruments, Industrial Design, and Automotive Engineering.
2) Excellent academic performance and proficiency in English.
3) Strong hands-on ability and logical analysis skills.
4) Proficiency in 3D drawing software such as UG, Creo, SolidWorks, Pro/E, and Catia; capable of skillfully creating 2D & 3D drawings; familiar with basic knowledge including engineering drawing, interchangeability and technical measurement, mechanical design, and engineering materials; and knowledgeable about stamping molds and injection molds.
5) Good communication and expression skills, organizational coordination ability, and team collaboration spirit.
