R&D Center Officer

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in warehouse management or production management. Clear structure of data keeping and analysis.
• Strong communication skills with leaders and workers.
• Proficient in Windows Word or Excel; experience in SAP or any other system operation is an advantage for this position.
• Excellent German and English skills.
• Good at learning and willing to take responsibilities.
• Willing to find solutions to problems, and good at organizing daily work.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily recording and arrangement of after-sales service and repairing work, as well as involvement in the process of after-sales service and claims handling.
• Keep clear records of the in and out of materials of the R&D Center.
• Support the leader in production arrangement.
• Operation in the system for repairing and production.
• Communicate with the mother company to arrange the purchasing of materials and follow the procedures.
• Support the leaders in the management of the whole R&D Center.
• Any other tasks required by the company.
