Job Responsibilities:
Execute procurement tasks to ensure timely, location-appropriate, quality-assured, quantity-accurate, and cost-effective acquisition of materials.
Track supplier order deliveries and communicate regarding expedited materials.
Handle abnormalities reported by suppliers or internal workshops, ensuring quality assurance and continuous improvement.
Manage supplier relationships and inventory control.
Provide and review quotation documents for new products.
Develop second-source suppliers, including evaluation, sampling, mold development, and initial price review.
Identify and onboard new suppliers through data collection, initial communication, on-site assessment, guidance, and trial small-batch orders.
Reduce procurement costs by promoting centralized purchasing, negotiating with existing suppliers, collaborating on cost reduction, and sourcing competitive second-source suppliers.
Visit and assist suppliers in improving product quality and on-time delivery performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in an engineering or electronics-related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent office software.
Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation; excellent professional ethics and integrity.
