We offer the following interesting and varied tasks:

  • As a project manager, you will coordinate new, customer-specific products from the initial inquiry to series delivery, and will therefore be largely responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • We will support you in this by offering you considerable creative freedom and short decision-making processes.
  • You will be our competent contact person for selected major customers in almost all matters, whether commercial or technical.
  • Your overarching goal is to actively contribute to deepening customer relationships, including by identifying further development/supplemental potential for new products and implementing these until they are ready for series production.
  • On the one hand, the broad industry portfolio of our major customers (heating technology and mechanical engineering) offers you variety, and on the other hand, you will gain exciting new insights during occasional customer visits


Your strengths:

  • You have a confident, customer-oriented manner and a high degree of self-motivation, negotiating skills, and strong communication skills
  • You have a self-organized, goal- and results-oriented work style
  • You have successfully completed a technical degree and have additional commercial knowledge or practical experience in technical sales
  • You have several years of project experience in sales and are willing to travel occasionally
  • You have business fluent written and spoken German and English skills
  • It would be desirable if you could communicate with our partners in China in Chinese on technical and commercial matters
