Project Operations Intern (m/f/d)

Responsibilities：

• Documentation & Process Support：Assist team leads in drafting, organizing, and continuously optimizing project implementation and after-sales related documentation, including process files, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Gather and organize on-site implementation and service data to generate summary reports that support management in analysis and decision-making. Assist in internal task assignment tracking and help ensure smooth daily operations within the team.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain effective communication with departments such as project management, product, technical support, and customer service. Follow up on issue resolutions, ticket handling, and task coordination to ensure successful closure and execution.
• Project Execution Support: Support the team in monitoring hardware project implementation progress. Assist in preparing on-site materials and documentation. Participate in selected on-site support tasks to help improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required capabilities, and skills

• With valid German work permit
• Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
• Previous internship or coursework related to project implementation, operations, or technical support is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); able to use MS Project, Visio, or similar tools for basic scheduling and project documentation
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese to meet daily and business communication needs, German is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong writing skills, logical thinking, and a sense of responsibility
• Good communication and teamwork abilities; able to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment
• Eagerness to learn, with the ability to quickly understand and grasp company products and business processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• A European driver's license is preferred
• Outstanding resilience, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced work environments
