Project Manager/Project Engineer (m/f/d)–Automotive Interior

Project Manager/Project Engineer (m/f/d)–Automotive Interior

Your Responsibilities:

• Technical planning and execution of development projects for automotive interior products such as roof consoles, sun visors and headrests
• Acting as the project interface and main contact for OEM customers
• Ensuring the implementation of internal requirements as well as customer-specific requirements
• Project schedule, workflow and resource planning
• Ensuring technical and development standards throughout the project
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards, processes and systems

Your Profile:

• Degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification; alternatively, a qualified technician with several years of relevant professional experience
• Professional experience in the automotive industry, preferably with an OEM or Tier 1 supplier
• Good knowledge of production processes for automotive interior components
• Good understanding of technical and customer requirements for automotive interior products
• Experience in product development and project management (PEP) is preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work directly with international OEM customers and internal teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally
