As an international team specializing in general planning and general contracting, we have extensive project experience in public buildings, residential, and industrial projects.

With our growing portfolio of projects, we are looking for dedicated architects and MEP engineers who are interested in project management to join our international team at Landsea Europe.

Project Manager – Architecture / MEP (Full-Time)

Location: Frankfurt am Main

Start Date: From April 2025 or by agreement

Your Responsibilities：

• Independent project management with a focus on industrial construction 
• Coordination between clients, planning teams, contractors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution 
• Quality assurance, schedule and cost control, and risk management from the client's perspective 
• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle – from concept to handover 
• Growing from designer or engineer to project manager with our support 

Your Profile：

• Academic background in architecture or mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing (MEP) engineering 
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction 
• Membership in an architectural chamber (for architects) 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for intercultural collaboration 
• Fluency in Chinese, German, and English 
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to international workflows
