Project Manager

要求掌握中文、熟悉法律事务及具备服务器维护技能

工作职责：

1.负责诊断服务器故障并更换硬件组件，包括但不限于主板、CPU、内存、硬盘、RAID卡、硬盘背板、GPU显卡等。

2. 对配备GPU的服务器进行专业故障诊断、性能调优和硬件维护。

3. 协助客户进行服务器硬件的日常检查、维护和优化。

4. 整理维护记录，编写操作与维护文件，并参与优化操作与维护流程以及内部培训。

职位要求：

1.熟悉服务器的硬件架构，并了解各组件的基本信息和交互机制。

2. 掌握诊断和排查服务器故障的技能，能够独立完成常见硬件故障的诊断与修复。

3. 熟练掌握 Linux 操作系统及常用命令，能够独立收集和分析系统日志。

4. 精通服务器BIOS/BMC接口设置，熟悉SAS卡和RAID卡的配置与管理。

5. 掌握升级服务器固件的方法以及主板FRU信息刷新的流程。

6. 具备重新配置服务器硬件的能力，包括但不限于GPU显卡的安装、配置及兼容性测试。

7. 了解GPU服务器的架构，熟悉GPU驱动程序的安装、监控及常见故障排除方法。

8. 熟悉液冷服务器技术，有实际经验者优先。

9. 能够编写并维护操作与维护文件，具备工艺优化和内部培训经验。

10. 出色的沟通能力，精通中文和当地语言或中文和英语，能够日常场合中流畅地进行双语商务交流。优先考虑候选人。
