Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and optimize the full process of robotics projects, including project initiation, scheduling, progress tracking, resource coordination, and final delivery.
2. Organize cross-departmental collaboration and coordinate with R&D, testing and other teams to ensure strong alignment among customer requirements, solutions and delivery timelines.
3. Manage project plans and risks, hold regular project meetings, stage reviews and milestone acceptance to ensure delivery quality.
4. Communicate efficiently with clients and translate customer requirements into practical and feasible solutions.
5. Guide customer needs and help clients understand robotic products.
6. Participate in company product presentations and training, and be able to proficiently explain products and solutions to customers.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields; outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
2. Study experience in Europe or the United States, with professional working proficiency in English.
3. Knowledge of robotics, embodied intelligence, AI and related technologies.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and flexible problem-solving abilities.
5. Previous project management experience is a plus.

Additional Information Work visa sponsorship is provided. The employment contract will be signed with the German company.
