Project Delivery Operation Specialist (Third-Party Contractor)

We are currently looking for a Project Delivery Operation Specialist (fixed-short-term contract with third-party Contractor) to work within our European team in Düsseldorf office.


Main Responsibility:

• Cooperate with each rep. office and headquarters (HQ) to arrange PDRT (Project Delivery Review Team) operation.
• Cooperate with each rep. office for routine program operation meeting.
• Support the operation of project internal control, engineering inspection, project QEHS (Quality Environment, Health, and Safety), digital capability.
• Focus on target, cooperate with other departments to achieve it.

Requirements:

• Education background in Bachelor degree and above.
• Have knowledge of telecommunication business products.
• Experience as delivery project manager or project control manager, mainly on Carrier business;
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Computer Skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Good communication skills. Ability to proactively communicate and continuously promote problem resolution.
