As our business continues to grow in Germany, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.

Production Manager

Key Responsibilities
1.Lead and manage all daily production operations to ensure the achievement of targets in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity (QCDSP).
2.Develop and execute production plans while optimizing the utilization of manpower, equipment, materials, and manufacturing capacity.
3.Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Project teams to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery.
4.Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, product quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.
5.Monitor manufacturing costs, improve resource utilization, and implement effective cost reduction initiatives.
6.Ensure compliance with quality management systems, customer requirements, and company production standards, while leading root cause analysis and corrective actions for production-related quality issues.
7.Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and shop-floor employees through performance management, training, and talent development.8.Monitor production KPIs, prepare operational reports, and support the Plant Manager in achieving business objectives and strategic manufacturing initiatives.


 Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
2.Minimum five years of experience in a Production Manager or similar manufacturing leadership role.
3.Experience in sheet metal fabrication, metal structure manufacturing, industrial equipment, or related manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
4.Solid knowledge of production planning, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, quality management systems, and manufacturing cost control.
5.Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
6.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
7. Proficient in German, English, and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
