Product Engineer

Base：Beijing，China 

Responsibility:

• Product Standards Alignment & Application:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help the  region understand, apply, and continuously refine product standards through hands-on implementation and feedback loops during hardware and system deployments.
• Delivery Process Standardization:Work with the local hardware team to identify process gaps, improve delivery workflows, and develop standardized operating procedures to enhance project efficiency and quality across the EU region.
• Pilot Project Support:Provide engineering support throughout pilot projects, ensuring technical requirements and quality standards are met.
• Documentation:Assist in documenting best practices and creating technical guidelines to ensure process standardization.
• New Product Introduction (NPI) cooperation:Enable NPI activities, including design reviews, process validation, and cross-functional communication, to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications Required:

• Proficiency in less commonly spoken languages, including but not limited to Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Korean, Japanese, etc.; fluent in English and able to communicate in Chinese for work purposes.
• Both Chinese and international students are welcome; Base in Beijing  willing to accept long-term business trips to Hefei, as well as overseas travel and assignments.
