Pre-sales Engineer

Pre-sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Consultation: Participate in technical exchanges with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and application scenarios; provide professional technical consulting and solution recommendations.
2. Solution Design: Collect and analyze customer requirements to design comprehensive solutions, including layout design, equipment selection, and technical roadmap definition.
Technical Documentation: Prepare Technical Requirement Documents (TRD), high-quality technical proposals (PPT), and CAD layouts, among other relevant technical materials.
3. Sales Support: Support the sales team in technical communications, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical Q&A sessions.
4. Bidding & Tendering: Lead the technical portion of project bidding, responsible for drafting technical proposals, organizing technical protocols, and preparing all necessary technical documentation.
5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Maintain close collaboration with the Shanghai R&D, Solutions, Project Management, and Delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and drive successful project implementation.

Requirements:
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in STEM fields are preferred (e.g., Automation, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, etc.).
2. Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
3. Proven experience in Robotics, Automation Solutions, or Industrial Equipment sectors.
4. Familiarity with automation system integration logic (Hardware + Software + Networking).
5. Knowledge of the European CE Certification system and familiarity with CE directives related to machinery (e.g., Machinery Directive/Safety).

Language Skills:
Fluent in Chinese and English (both as working languages).
Proficiency in German is a strong plus.
