We are looking for an intern or working student with a genuine interest in Human Resources to join our HR team. In this role you will not just be watching from the sidelines — you will take on real tasks from day one, with a clear focus on recruiting alongside broad exposure to HR operations.

This position is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued expansion, we plan to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm near Mainz around October 2026.

Your Responsibilities

📣 Recruiting Support

•        Support the end-to-end recruiting process: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling and candidate communication

•        Maintain our candidate database and recruiting dashboard, tracking progress across open positions

•        Take part in active sourcing (LinkedIn and other channels) and help build our talent pool

•        Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruiting partners on interviews and feedback

•        Support campus recruiting, recruiting events and employer branding initiatives

📋 HR Administration

•        Help prepare employment contracts, employment references and other personnel documents

•        Support the preparation of onboarding and offboarding processes

•        Maintain personnel files and employee data in our HR systems

📊 Data & Reporting

•        Prepare recruiting and HR reports and support data cleaning, reconciliation and visualisation (mainly in Excel)

🚀 HR Projects

•        Contribute to projects on HR process improvement, digitalisation and policy development

•        Support trainings, employee events and internal communication

Your Profile

•        Enrolled Bachelor's or Master's student in Human Resources, Economics, Psychology, Law or a related field

•        Strong interest in recruiting and HR operations; previous internship experience is a plus

•        Confident with MS Office, especially Excel

•        Careful, reliable and well-organised, with the ability to move tasks forward independently

•        Good communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with colleagues and candidates from different backgrounds

•        Good German and Chinese language skills; English is an advantage

•        Working hours: 15–20 hours per week during the lecture period as a working student (more during semester breaks), or a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
