Your Responsibilities:
• You will support the powertrain quality management process and participate in relevant meetings with internal and external partners
• You will assure the necessary steps in QM process according to the responsibilities to ensure customer oriented solutions
• You will evaluate powertrain related measurements or conduct testing jobs in a vehicle, interpret data and draw conclusions
• You will align solutions based on market complaints between our partners AUDI, VW, China Joint Ventures and within VCIC
• You will report the current status of powertrain related field complaints to stakeholders using VW group tool chain
• You will work in international project teams to support powertrain quality development

Required Qualification:
• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Work Experience within powertrain development
• High degree of problem solving ability and self-independence
• Familiar with project management tools and proficient with office SW
• Process orientation and organizational skills required
• Ability to work in international team environment required
• Good communication skills required
• Powertrain Calibration Know-How is beneficial
• Language:
o English-speaking is required
o German-speaking is beneficia
